Golden Reports is a private, internal business application published by Golden furniture ("we", "us"). It lets authorised staff view reports from our point-of-sale system — sales, stock levels, commissions, cash-ups and deliveries — on a phone.
The app is read-only and is not intended for the general public. It cannot create, change or delete any record. Accounts are issued by us to our own staff; there is no public sign-up.

These records may include the names, phone numbers, email addresses and delivery addresses of our customers, and the names of our staff. This information is displayed to you; it is not stored on the device and is not sent anywhere else. |
The app does not access, collect or transmit any of the following:
The only permission the Android app requests is internet access, which it needs to reach our server.
The app contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash-reporting and no third-party tracking software of any kind. Your activity in the app is not profiled and is not used for marketing.
Nobody. The app communicates only with our own server at golden.furniture.dussoft.com. We do not sell, rent or share information from this app with any third party.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a lawful order from a competent authority.
The sign-in token and your name and email remain on your device until you sign out or uninstall the app, at which point they are removed. Business records live in our point-of-sale system and are retained there for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Signing out from the More tab removes the stored token and your profile details from the device. Uninstalling the app removes everything the app has stored locally.
Because accounts are issued by us rather than created in the app, you cannot delete an account from within the app. To have your account and its associated personal data deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, contact us at info@dussoft.com. We will respond within 30 days.
This is a workplace tool for our own staff. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change how the app handles information we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
